Sebastian L. Tesorero
Mr. Tesorero is an Associate of the Firm.
He assists on M&A and investment transactions handled by the Firm, from due diligence reviews to execution. He also regularly advises on tax matters, corporate governance, compliance and other legal requirements of clients in the banking, finance and real estate sectors, among others.
Mr. Tesorero is a Certified Public Accountant. He was admitted to the Bar in December 2023.
