Paul B. Binag
Mr. Binag is an Associate of the Firm. As a young lawyer of the Firm, Mr. Binag already directly handles mergers & acquisitions, internal restructurings, and other complex corporate deals of the Firm. Mr. Binag recently assisted in the issuance of a big ticket Peso-denominated ASEAN Sustainability Bond by the largest universal bank in the country.
Mr. Binag also handles investments in publicly-listed corporations, helping foreign investors navigate the stringent requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Philippine Stock Exchange and other governmental agencies.
He is part of the teams that handle the legal requirements of clients in the retail, banking, financing, oil and petroleum, and real estate industries, among others.
Mr. Binag was admitted to the Bar in December 2023.
