Ms. Soria is an Associate of the Firm. She assists in Mergers & Acquisitions, Tax Matters, Real Estate Transactions, Corporate Governance, and other legal requirements of clients. She also regularly assists clients in their compliance with PSE and SEC regulations such as disclosure and reporting requirements.
Ms. Soria was admitted to the Bar in January 2025.
