Erielle Robyn T. Ongchan
Ms. Ongchan is an Associate of the Firm. She focuses on a diverse range of corporate matters, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Banking and Finance, Capital Markets and Intellectual Property.
Ms. Ongchan quickly gained extensive experience through her hands on involvement in complex commercial transactions such as mergers and share acquisition transactions as well as follow-on offerings, and additional listing and delisting applications with the PSE. She also advises prominent industry associations and market players, including the leading universal bank, real estate and shipping & logistics companies.
Ms. Ongchan also regularly assists publicly-listed companies in their corporate governance requirements and their compliance with the PSE and SEC regulations such as disclosure and reporting requirements, among others.
Ms. Ongchan was admitted to the Bar in December 2023.
